Request to Purchase Releasable Capacity - MWOP

Requests to purchase Releasable capacity as referenced in Title 18 of Code of Federal Regulations Part 284(d) and in accordance with section 6.16 of the General Terms and Conditions of MountainWest Overthrust Pipeline, LLC’s ({pipe}) FERC Gas Tariff should be submitted to Pipeline via e-mail to the following address: mwpipe@williams.com.

Pipeline will post a notice of such request on its Informational Postings Website within 1 Business Day of receipt of such request. Such request will remain posted on Pipeline’s Website for a specified period not to exceed 90 calendar days. Requester should indicate an end date for such posting in its request. Requests received after 2:00 PM Mountain Time will be deemed received on the subsequent Business Day.
