Standards of Conduct - Employee Transfers

Pursuant to FERC’s Standards of Conduct issued on October 17, 2008, in Docket No. RM07-01 (Order No. 717) and §358.7(f)(2) of the Commission’s Regulations, MountainWest is required to post the names of any transmission function employees that transfer to a position as a marketing function employee or any transfer of a marketing function employee to a position as a transmission function employee. This information must remain on the Internet website for 90 days.
