PARK & LOAN OPPORTUNITY

MountainWest Pipeline, LLC (MWP) currently has availability for Park and Loan (PAL1) service at its Clay Basin Storage facility. The details of the opportunity are described below:

PAL1 Type: Park
• Injection Dates: September 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026
• Withdrawal or In-Place Transfer Dates: February 1, 2027 through February 28, 2027
• Volume: Up to 750,000 Dth
• PAL Compressor Rights: Up to 25,000 Dth/day firm injection compressor rights

MWP is requesting that any shipper interested in this PAL1- Park opportunity submit a one-time, best bid via email to justin.rutherford@williams.com and bradley.j.dillon@williams.com no later than 10:00 am MCT on Wednesday August 26, 2026. Bids will be evaluated using NPV.
Bids must include the following:

• Volume:
• Rate: Fixed Rate (Price/Dth)
• Injection/Withdrawal dates:
• PAL Compressor Rights: Desired volume per day if applicable
• Please indicate the following:
o Whether Bidding Shipper desires in-place transfer capability to be included on withdrawal
o Whether Bidding Shipper will accept a pro rata allocation of capacity and minimum desired quantity

MWP will award PAL1 under Rate Schedule PAL1 provided: i) MWP has determined that it can provide the service for the scheduled dates and in the quantities requested by shipper without adversely impacting the rights of Firm Storage Shippers (FSS); ii) Shipper and MWP execute a PAL1 service agreement under Rate Schedule PAL1; iii) Shipper has complied with all creditworthiness requirements set forth in Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of Part 4 of the MWP Tariff and has qualified to receive service; and iv) Shipper has separately arranged for transportation to and from Clay Basin.
