- Pre-paid service within five business days of invoice, may need to post credit for loans
Getting Started
Step 1: Customer Access
- Complete online request for new customer access to myQuorum
- Print out completed forms, sign, and return to MWP
Step 2: Credit
- Credit analysis will be performed to determine creditworthiness compliance as described in MWP’s FERC Gas Tariff. Parties may be required to post letter of credit or collateral, depending on credit review.
Communication
- MountainWest Pipeline follows the first come, first serve system outlined in the tariff, as shown above.
Regarding the procedures for a posted notice: MWP will first post a notice, then parties are required to outreach Tom Myrberg via Email with interest (reward of the capacity is based on email timestamp)
- MWP is open to inquiries and/or responses from shippers after they approach with potential PAL transactions.
MWP also reserves the right to outreach companies with potential capacity
- To ensure awareness of notices, it is recommended that interested customers set up notice alerts or sign up for MWP’s ice-chat blasters
