CHDP ZONE 11 TARIFF ENFORCEMENT

Effective immediately MountainWest Pipeline, LLC (MWP) is issuing a notice that it will be holding all parties in CHDP Zone 11 to the zone requirement of 35 degree CHDP as posted here: https://www.mwpipe.com/CHDPZoneMap/MWP/-1/Start/End

MWP will also be holding strict enforcement of the MWP BTU tariff limit of 1150 for JL47/JL138 at ML40 and ML40 Fidlar Segments, pursuant to MWP Tariff Section 13.1.A. Expected restrictions will be in place for MAPs 266, 359, 413, 419, 446, 453, 458.
