CLAY BASIN STIPULATION PROPORTIONAL SHARE POSTING

MOUNTAINWEST PIPELINE, LLC STORAGE CUSTOMERS:

In accordance with Part 3 General Terms and Conditions §16.3(b)(ii) of MountainWest Pipeline, LLC’s (MWP) FERC Gas Tariff, MWP has posted each Clay Basin shipper’s proportional share of the Annual Reimbursement Adjustment (ARA) in myQuorum under the Customer Activities section of the internet web site.

MWP shall transfer the posted ARA into each Clay Basin shipper's storage account prior to the last business day of July. ARA balances for terminated contracts will be transferred to a currently active contract. If shipper has no active Clay Basin storage contracts, the ARA balance will be cashed out and payment will be remitted in lieu of a transfer in kind.
