NOTICE OF PERIODIC PURCHASES AND SALES OF NATURAL GAS

Questar Pipeline Company (QPC) and Overthrust Pipeline Company (Overthrust) must purchase or sell natural gas volumes on a periodic basis to facilitate their imbalance cash out programs, to supply line pack for expansion projects and to maintain efficient system operations. Potential counterparties for future purchase or sales transactions must execute a NAESB Base Contract for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas (NAESB Base Contract) with QPC. QPC will purchase or sell natural gas volumes for itself and Overthrust. Parties with questions or those interested in executing a NAESB Base Contract with QPC to facilitate future purchases or sales of natural gas should contact a Questar Pipeline Marketing Representative.
