Terms / Notes
Shipper will withdraw gas from Shipper’s PAL1 account or pursuant to Part 4, Section 20.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of MWP’s tariff, Shipper may elect to transfer gas from Shipper's PAL1 account to Shipper's Clay Basin storage account(s), in accordance with the following schedule: withdrawals or transfers totaling 775,000 Dth from Shipper’s PAL1 account to a FSS account starting on August 1, 2025 and continuing through and no later than August 31, 2025. Shipper may inject up to 25,000 Dth per day or pursuant to Part 4, Section 20.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of MWP’s tariff, Shipper may elect to transfer from Shipper’s Clay Basin storage account(s) for May 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026 with injections totaling 775,000 Dth
